Excursions to Ephesus

Ephesus lies 185 kilometres from Bodrum and takes 3 hours to get to. The remains of the city are spellbinding. Of all the ancient cities of Turkey, Ephesus is the best preserved. The temple to Goddess Artemis was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The main monuments to visit are; Amphitheatre, the street of Arcadiane, Library of Celsus, Baths of Scholastic and the market place of the Curettes.

An excursion to Ephesus costs 45 euros and includes; transfers, entrance fees, lunch and a proffessional English speaking guide. Day trips run every Tuesday's and Saturday's.

Bodrum Dedeman Aquapark

The water park is just 25 minutes from Kadikalesi and makes for an excellent day out. The entrance is around £12 and we can arrange for a free pick up.

Turkish Baths

A Turkish Bath (Hamam) is the perfect way to relax and treat yourself whilst on holiday.

There are many Turkish Baths dotted around the Bodrum peninsula and in Turgutreis. However the best and most authentic one is the Rayola Turkish bath near Yalikavak. The Bath is open from 09:00 till 23:00 and a free pick up and drop off from your hotel can be arranged.

Boat trips from Turgutreis

One of the best ways to explore the peninsula is to take a daily boat trip from Turgutreis harbor.

From Turgutreis you have the choice to either visit the various sandy bays and seaside villages along the coast (towards Camel beach) or visit more of the islands (towards Gumusluk).

Included in the daily boat tour is lunch, however you will need to buy soft drinks on board. Prices for the boat trips average at about £15 per person.

Day trip to Dalyan

Tour includes: Transfer to and from hotels, boat trip in Dalyan River, mud bath, entrance fees and lunch.

Dalyan is one of the best day trips from Bodrum and costs approx. 30 EURO pp! Dalyan has a magical feel to it, with plenty to do throughout the day. You begin the day with a gentle boat trip up the river where you will see the Lycian rock tombs. You will then stop at the mud baths, lunching either on the boat or at one of the river side restuarants. The day ends with a visit to one of the best beaches in Turkey for a long swim or sunbathe before heading back.
